Following change through the coronavirus we have now set up weekly meetings for every Tuesday evening as a way of practising together. These are through Zoom. What we are doing is:

Joining the meeting at 19:25 reading together Rules for Meditation and then meditation / sitting

Following this there's a short break while people go and make tea, then we get back together to talk and share.

We have also set up a WhatsApp Group.
